Once you have found through Rand Estate Agents you will be required to fill out a tenancy application form and pay a £300 holding deposit.

You will be given a residential letting conditions document explaining the procedure and will be asked to sign a copy to confirm acceptance.

Referencing is carried out by our appointed specialist referencing firm.

Once the references are concluded we will call you to the office for the signing of the tenancy papers and pay the balance due.
