Graham Tickner MNAEA – Senior Partner

I started working in Carshalton Village in 1992 which, I believe makes me your longest serving local estate agent! When the senior partner of Rand Estate Agents decided to move on, I was the top selling negotiator at a competitor but I jumped at the chance of taking up the position and took over in 1996. We are a true family business with four family members regularly in the office!

Fleur Tickner MNAEA – Partner

I began my estate agency career 22 years ago in lettings. I moved over with my brother Graham in 1996 and have not looked back since. I believe 15 years on the High Street makes me Carshalton’s longest serving female estate agent! I enjoy the variety of work, and I hope that I offer a sensitive approach to my clients needs. With dozens of past clients returning to me, I believe I am offering an excellent service they really value.

Stacey Pain – Assistant Branch Manager

I started working with Rand Estate Agents early in 2009. I enjoy developing my customer relation skills and knowledge in the business and the challenge of overcoming problems associated with the day to day progression of a transaction. I love meeting and helping our clients and find the challenge of assisting them in their move very stimulating. I also find that working with such an experienced team is helping my career progression.

Theresa Packwood – Lettings Manager

I have lived in the Village since 1972 which allows me to pass on valuable local knowledge to our clients. I take pride and care in the promotion of our clients’ properties in order to present each property in the highest possible light. With all of the pitfalls and legislation to overcome in the residential letting business, I am able to take care of all our clients demands.

Laura Hackett

I was born in Carshalton and grew up here so I have a vast knowledge of the area. I started working for Rand Estate Agents in 2000 as a trainee. After a change of career, getting married and having a baby, I decided to come back in early 2011! The challenge of matching tenants to properties never fails to motivate me and I find the business to be exciting, even after all these years!
